A detached charming nature house, all on the ground floor with a cozy living / dining room with dining area and 2 comfortable chairs, a spacious bedroom with a good 2 pers. box spring bed and an adjoining bathroom with toilet. The residence is accessible via a private entrance. A unique place with lots of privacy, a large fully fenced garden with unobstructed views. The car can be parked on private property. Dogs (no puppies) are welcome if well behaved and social.
Nature and surroundings
Where the road turns into a forest path and the greenery surrounds you is our house, located between Weert and Roermond, near the cozy village center of Heythuysen. A fantastic place on the edge of the forest where we have realized a fine nature house on our own property! Waking up and hearing the birds singing, walking straight into the forest and only 5 minutes drive from the village with cozy stores and restaurants. Walking and cycling through the National Park the Groote Peel and the Leudal. Start at, for example, the visitor center Leudal in Haelen or perhaps at the cozy restaurant de Busjop in Heythuysen. Head towards Roermond (15 minutes from us) and you will pass the Maasplassen, the largest continuous water sports area in the Netherlands. Also the white town of Thorn and the fortified town of Stevensweert "Island in the Maas" are very worthwhile.
