Nature house in Rotterdam

There are always small points for improvement, but the main points: friendly host and comfortable cottage, were fine. Location is hearty, in summer it will be totally enjoyable, then you can make good use of the spacious decking.

Er zijn altijd wel kleine puntjes voor verbetering, maar de belangrijkste punten: vriendelijke gastheer en comfortabel huisje, waren dik in orde. Locatie is hartstikke leuk, in de zomer zal het helemaal genieten zijn, dan kan je lekker gebruik maken van de ruime vlonder.

Booked this place last minute. incredibly nice experience, despite the weather conditions. Bottle of wine was ready, wood for the fireplace, much more we did not need :) Host is easily accessible.

Last minute dit plekje gereserveerd.
Ontzettend leuke ervaring, ondanks de weersomstandigheden.
Flesje wijn stond klaar, hout voor de open haard, veel meer hadden we niet nodig :)
Gastheer is goed bereikbaar.

We enjoyed the cottage immensely, despite the dreary winter weather! Cruising with the pedalo was not so obvious, given some of the water was frozen, but once we arrived we were immensely comfortable. The cottage has all the essential amenities and was very cleverly laid out despite its small footprint. Definitely recommended! Contact with the owner was also super smooth, in advance it was very clear where we could find all the keys etc. The owner also provided a highchair last minute, which we definitely appreciated! The only mini minus was that we could not find a coat rack to hang our wet clothes to dry near the fireplace.

We hebben, ondanks het grauwe winterweer, enorm genoten van het huisje!
Het varen met de pedalo was niet zo vanzelfsprekend, gezien een deel van het water bevroren was, maar eenmaal aangekomen zaten we enorm op ons gemak. Het huisje heeft alle essentiële voorzieningen en werd heel slim ingedeeld ondanks z'n kleine footprint. Zeker aan te raden! Het contact met de eigenaar was ook super vlot, op voorhand was zeer duidelijk waar we alle sleutels enz konden terugvinden. De eigenaar heeft ook last minute nog een kinderstoeltje voorzien, wat we zeker appreciëren! Enige mini minpuntje was dat we nergens een kapstok teruggevonden hebben om onze natten kleren te drogen te hangen bij de haard.

Wonderfully clean and neat cottage. A beautiful Tiny house. Furnishings are practical and tasteful. Terrace and garden are very nicely landscaped. There is always shade or sun somewhere. Lovely place to relax! And if you want to be active, the center of Rotterdam is just a stone's throw away.

Prachtig schoon en netjes huisje. Een mooi tiny house. Inrichting is praktisch en smaakvol. Terras en tuin zijn heel mooi aangelegd. Er is altijd ergens schaduw of zon te vinden. Heerlijke plek om te kunnen ontspannen! En als je reuring wilt opzoeken, ligt het centrum van Rotterdam op steenworp afstand.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage was clean and tidy and completely met our expectations. The terrace was in 1 word: gorgeous! With the blooming Blue Rain in spring it was a mini-paradise. We will definitely come back again. And try then with a little less luggage the nice crossing by pedal boat to make :-). We had beautiful weather. That made the vacation days extra nice.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje was schoon en netjes en voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Het terras was in 1 woord: schitterend! Met de bloeiende Blauwe Regen in het voorjaar was het een mini-paradijsje. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. En proberen dan met iets minder bagage de leuke overtocht per waterfiets te maken :-).
We hadden prachtig weer. Dat maakte de vakantiedagen extra fijn.
