The nature house is a 1928 national monument in the Arts & Craft style and is located in a quiet neighborhood just behind the dunes. It is a small apartment with a living room with kitchenette with induction stove with 2 positions, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second sleeping area is in the loft between the beams and accessible by a sturdy loft ladder. The bed there is a double bed. Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles are included. The stay does not include breakfast. The cottage has private parking and an outdoor area with garden furniture.
Nature and surroundings
The location is near the dunes and the beach. To the sea is a 20-minute walk, 11 minutes by bike and 3 minutes by car. Also, the center of Wassenaar is 10 minutes by bike. There are many hiking areas nearby such as Meijendel, Lentevreugd and Ganzenoek. The cities of Leiden, Delft and The Hague are also nearby. There are also several museums nearby, such as Voorlinden in Wassenaar, Naturalis in Leiden and the Mauritshuis in The Hague.
