The farm stands on its own fenced 1.5-acre piece of grassland, bordering the nature of the Reest valley. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the different species of birds around you. Who will be the first to spot the deer in the field? Walk out the door and take a lovely walk in the adjacent forest and to the river Reest. Or enjoy the whirlpool!You are alone in the yard and in the middle of nature reserve the Reestdal, where you have lots of privacy and views of the farmlands. A comfortable house with a large garden and is connected to fiberglass. The farmhouse can accommodate 6 people. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a bunk bed. The other bedroom a double box spring bed and sink. The upstairs bathroom has a whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs is the double bedroom with box spring beds and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs is the kitchen overlooking the countryside.
Nature and surroundings
Wake up and open the curtains, see the countryside and maybe you'll even see a deer! Hear the birds singing. Hiking trails start in front of the door or hook up with the bike junctions and check out the nature and its history at visitor center de Stapel and de Wheem. Nature reserve the black pines (with swimming pond), the Wildenberg and the Meeuwenplas are also recommended for hiking or mountain biking. Take the kids to experience trails in Echten, Staphorst or Veeningen. To Little Venice? That too is close by! Go sailing by whisper boat, canoe or round-trip boat through Giethoorn or Wanneperveen.
