This single-story, luxury nature house stands in a meadow with unobstructed views of the old oak tree line and forest. At this nature house you will enjoy the spacious sitting area two 2-seater sofas, one of which folds out into a 2-person bed. The dining table with 6 chairs offers enough space to enjoy a meal together or play games. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment and an induction stove. The two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious box-spring beds. One bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The other bedroom has an adjacent bathroom which is also accessible from the hall. Pet friendly: It is possible to bring a maximum of 2 pets. Wi-Fi and TV available.
Nature and surroundings
On the border of Salland and Twente lies at the foot of the Salland Ridge our small-scale vacation park . The Salland Ridge, between Hellendoorn and Holten, is a vast nature reserve with a wide variety of plants and animals, including the last grouse population of the Netherlands. Just north of our vacation homes you will find the Lemelerberg and Ommen, In addition, there are also extensive hiking and cycling routes, horse trails and ATB routes. If you feel like a sporty day, feel free to ask about the various possibilities and route maps. The village of Hellendoorn is situated on the river Regge. The Regge offers numerous water sports activities for a wonderful day of rest or just an active afternoon. Ask about the possibilities. Energy costs/surcharge: Unfortunately we also see the energy costs rise and we can not escape it in the months of December to April in new bookings to charge.
