You can barbecue year-round in the outdoor kitchen of our garden pavilion. It’s the perfect base for nature trips in the area, yet it’s only a 15-minute drive from downtown Amsterdam. This nature house isn’t just any accommodation—and it shows. It offers the best of both worlds. This also means that, at €300 per day + €25 per person per day + cleaning and tourist tax, we’re not the cheapest option…
Nature and surroundings
Our houseboat is a true hideaway. Getting there requires an unforgettable final leap. Upon arrival, park your car along the waterfront across from our dock (free parking available) and cross the canal using our private cable ferry, which you operate yourself. This allows you to leave the world behind and enjoy ultimate privacy. A bright, contemporary interior with three large separate bedrooms on the lower deck (each with a double bed) comfortably accommodates up to six people. A fully equipped kitchen, designer furniture, and a large bathroom with a double shower and bathtub round out the experience. It’s clean and spacious, adjacent to and overlooking a Natura 2000 area—stylish and architecturally designed, yet personal with great attention to detail. It’s also our own vacation home for when we want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. That’s why we’re often there ourselves—and love being there!
