Welcome to this relaxation center in our unique yurt. The amenities at this nature house are very basic. A nice place where you can lay down your air mattress and sleeping bag to look at the stars (in summer) through the Tono. You are free to use the grounds and (depending on the season) pick your own meal together. We provide the yurt, electricity, hot and cold running (drinking) water, toilet, kettle, 3-burner camping stove, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, refrigerator(s) and of course the beautiful and peaceful location. All you need to bring yourself is a mattress or air mattress and a sleeping bag. Is anything missing? Tell us and we'll try to take care of it. There is a small plumbing building with water heater, indoor shower stall, outdoor shower and flush toilet. The use of the wood-fired Hot Tub (at €65 for the first use, thereafter €30 per day) is NOT included in the rental price.
Nature and surroundings
Zundert is not only the birthplace of Vincent van Gogh but also the place where he grew up. His creativity but also the togetherness in the municipality itself can still be seen every year during the largest Dahlia parade in the world. The first weekend of September, 20 floats equipped with millions of Dahlias drive through the streets of Zundert. In addition, the famous and award-winning bird rehabilitation center Zundert and Pluktuin "Blommenveld" are within biking/walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you are quickly in nature reserve "De Pannenhoef". Nearby are also the nature reserves as the Old Buissche heather, Vloeiweide, Krabbenboschen, Estates the Moeren, Wallsteijn and Mariënville. On the Oude Buissche heath, you can visit the Atelier of Richard Roland Holst and his wife Henriette Roland Holst. Nearby, the Trappist brothers brew Zundert 8 and Zundert 10. Trappist beer of unique taste and quality.
