You will also find in the garden a large swing and a very nice additional seating area by the pond. Cottage and garden offer ultimate privacy and this location is therefore extremely suitable for nature lovers who are looking for peace in a green environment. Firewood for cool evenings is plentiful and there is plenty of parking on site.

Nature lovers beware! Here you can really enjoy walking or cycling in the nature reserves De Kempen, Catierheide, Vlasroot and Loondermolen. Around the corner is the Dommeldal nature reserve within cycling distance. For enthusiasts there is also a riding school nearby and you can enjoy horseback riding in the woods. A must is a visit to the nearby rustic Riethoven at 5 minutes cycling with several cafes and restaurants. Also the nearby beautiful villages Waalre, Westerhoven and Valkenswaard are very worthwhile. Just 15 km away you are at the Belgian Achelse Kluis or Abbey of Postel.
