The cottage is located on an estate in Paasloo (head of Overijssel). The nature house with private driveway and private garden is part of a farm which is divided into 3 units. Living area 45 m2. With 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, (one bedroom is downstairs) spacious lounge. Including an open kitchen, and open staircase to the upper floor. Sanitary: Modern sanitary facilities namely . separate shower, toilet, and sink, heating available. washer and dryer. Kitchen: 4-burner stove (gas), refrigerator (with freezer) microwave, dishwasher, centrifuge, iron and ironing board. The rental does not include kitchen and bed linen. Downstairs is a double bed (200L/180B) and upstairs two single beds (200L/90B).

The NSW estate "Spinnerskaampe" consists of 5 hectares of farmland and forest. The forest "de Veentjes" you can walk to via the path from your cottage. Here you will find peace and quiet, a piece of heathland and two beautiful forest ponds full of diverse flora and fauna. At 3 km cycling distance you will find the national park "de Weerribben" and the village Oldemarkt for daily shopping or a bite to eat and drink. Behind the cottage there are several hiking trails that take you through the beautiful countryside of North-West Overijssel.
