A 5-minute drive away is the Flemish village of Hoogstraten with restaurants, terraces and, of course, the bakery and butcher. Baarle Nassau is a 15-minute drive away, a cozy village with a delicious ice cream parlor and Albert Heijn/Jumbo supermarkets. You can get there by bike in about 45 minutes.
