Our nature house is a gem located directly on the Reeuwijkse plassen (lakes) and is perhaps one of the most beautiful places in the Randstad. The cottage is detached and conveniently arranged with a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house offers three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed. Further in our insulated sleeping barn you can find a sturdy bunk bed. Gavin August 8, 2025 General rating:Having your own dock to enjoy was great - and although the property is next to a feed-through, it was only a little busy in the afternoon. The house is along a footpath 400 yards from the parking lot, but using their wagon made it no problem. Mosquitoes will always be a challenge when surrounded by water, so bring a bug zapper and mosquito spray. The host was very friendly and attentive - fantastic! Highly recommended.

Nature, peace & environment:The house is in a fantastic location, very well maintained and comfortably furnished. There were even fresh flowers on the table and we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, which we toasted with. The garden is beautifully laid out, the jetty offers direct access to the water, and our children made extensive use of the two canoes belonging to the house. Thanks to the two terraces, you can eat outside even when it's windy - but we preferred to sit with a view of the water. As the sun was shining brightly during our stay, we didn't use the wood-burning stove - but the idea alone was nice. The cottage is situated on a canal for pleasure boats - we found it exciting to watch the boats passing by. It was wonderfully quiet in the morning, evening and at night.
