The detached nature house with AIRCO is located on a "green" recreation park south of the attractive (brink) village of Den Ham. In mid-March 2021 a new sound barrier has been constructed near the cottage. It is suitable for up to 4 persons. The park is small-scale, quiet in nature and has a clear vision: guests should feel at home in a natural and unforced way. You can relax here.
Nature and surroundings
The Zandstuve forest with its wonderful hiking and biking trails is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity is much more natural beauty to admire: Eerde, Junne, the Engberdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate, you name it. It is the perfect base for those who enjoy a nice walking or cycling trip. Den Ham and the surrounding villages offer ample facilities for everyone. Besides fun in the wooded surroundings, there are many other activities. For example, in Den Ham you will even find an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, amusement parks such as Adventure Park Hellendoorn (10 minutes by car), Ballorig, Kartplaza Nijverdal (10 minutes by car) and Pony Park Slagharen (25 minutes by car). The location of the cottage is pretty central with beautiful places and cities nearby like Ommen, Hardenberg, Zwolle, Enschede and Almelo. Even the German border shows itself!
