Hospitable enjoyment at the tip of the beautiful island of Tholen 800m from National Park "Oosterschelde" where the world at your feet! This spacious nature house is the ideal base for nature lovers, peace seekers, hikers, swimmers and cyclists (2 e-bikes can be rented on site) The cottage with private entrance is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Classification: Hall, bathroom with bath / shower / toilet. The kitchen is well equipped also spices, oil etc. From the sitting area a beautiful view of the chestnut tree. By easy staircase is the spacious bedroom with beamed ceiling and panoramic window overlooking the skies and trees. The comfortable beds are made on arrival. In the guest garden or under the canopy by the wood stove is lovely. BBQ is available. In our herb/flower garden there is always something growing for your dishes or tea. On request we provide a delicious organic breakfast and/or experience dinner. Warm welcome!
Nature and surroundings
Through the path to the diek in a pleasant 5minute walk to the village. Here is the bakery, supermarket, cafe "De Kleine" and "t Packhuys both with (covered) terrace and beautiful views of the picturesque harbor and the mill. Historic hiking trail and beautiful hiking area is at your doorstep. A round Oosterschelde with its mud flats and salt marshes is a real experience; Seeing the sun sink into the sea, the golden hour, the blue hour - Magical! For lovers Oyster picking and other seafood (oyster knives, boots are available at the outdoor kitchen for our guests) Take a swim in the cleanest and most beautiful water in the Netherlands. We are located on cycling node 15, Outside the dike cycling along the Oosterschelde, through the polder along flower fields Tholen is also called Flower Island because of the semen cultivation. We are happy to share our tips and experiences!
