In the heart of Drenthe, on the edge of the beautiful nature of the National Park The Dwingelderveld with its rolling moors, peat pools and fens is our vacation home. Our house is completely renovated in 2020. Our cozy cottage is equipped with all comforts serves as a base for many fun day trips in our province or beyond. The detached house is located on a vacation park with no barrier or reception. It has private parking (so the cars are at the house) and private garden with terraces. Inside there are a kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and 4 bedrooms.

Near our home is a special nature reserve: National Park Dwingelderveld. On cycling and hiking trails, ATB and equestrian routes, as well as two disabled trails, recreational and holidaymakers can discover nature. There is even a Night Hiking Route. In this National Park, visitors can still enjoy an endless, undisturbed horizon.The Dwingelderveld is a nearly 4,000-hectare wet moorland in southwestern Drenthe with a virtually undisturbed horizon. This area is home to species of birds and animals that have fewer opportunities in other landscapes. The heath is managed by two flocks of sheep, each with a shepherd. With more than six thousand hectares, the National Park Drents-Friese Wold is one of the largest contiguous nature reserves in our country. You can traverse this wilderness in every possible way: on horseback, on foot or by bicycle. But even if you just want to quietly enjoy the overwhelming nature, you will find what you need here.
