The comfortable cottage on nature park the Hoogekamp is located between the estates with manor houses of Diepenveen and Olst. Detached with lots of privacy in the midst of nature. The forest walk starts right at your front door. In front and behind a generous lawn with cozy seating areas. Rest, space and healthy air and enjoy the good atmosphere. The cottage is well insulated, suitable for four people and consists of a spacious living room and open kitchen with necessary equipment such as refrigerator, microwave/oven and dishwasher, Wifi and TV. Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. In the utility room is the washing machine. Upstairs two bedrooms, one generous with double bed and one smaller and two single beds. Freezer and tumble dryer in the barn. The cottage is tastefully and artistically decorated and lovely to stay in. A pet is welcome, the garden is completely enclosed. Cycling or touring through the beautiful Salland countryside. Staying along the IJssel, the most beautiful river in the Netherlands. Enjoy the 3 ferry trip from Olst, Wijhe and Fortmond, where you can cross to Veessen on the "Cossack ferry", just like the Cossacks who drove out Napoleon's French troops. In the Duurse values you will find the visitor center of "Het IJssellandschap". A visit to the old Hanseatic cities of Deventer, Zutphen, Zwolle and Kampen is definitely worthwhile. The Salland Ridge with its unique nature is within reach. For the sporty ATB cyclist there is a challenging, long trail through the woods of the Nijendal. Fishermen can indulge themselves along the river IJssel where pikeperch and even catfish can be found. Bird watchers can enjoy a variety of forest, meadow and water birds.
