Nature house located in Rhenen, overlooking farmlands, pool and pond. The cottage has a cozy country layout, with a sleeping loft. You have access to an outdoor kitchen and a private sauna in the cottage. The outdoor hot tub/sauna are shared with other guests, and as of fall, the pool is out of use. The hot tub and outdoor sauna can be used as usual, which is great when it is colder outside! From autumn, the canopy is closed around and there is a heater, so you can still enjoy cooking outside and sit in the warmth. - The cottage is very rural and in nature, so here are also insects. - Use of sauna and hot tub is included, with no extra charge for wood. Space in the sleeping loft is cramped, sitting upright is not possible. Mattress is good, normal length and width - No wifi

In the immediate vicinity of the cottage are beautiful hiking trails. The klompenpad runs along the property and within cycling distance are day recreation area Kwintelooijen, De Grebbeberg and nature reserve De Blauwe Kamer. Kwintelooijen is great for walking, cycling and has several mountain bike routes. De Grebbeberg is a 52 meter high mountain, at the end of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Nature reserve De Blauwe Kamer is wonderful for long walks and you can take a nature excursion. In the reserve, wild horses and highlanders can be seen and photographed! There are also several birds that breed every year in fixed places in the area, there is a viewing house especially for seeing and photographing the wildlife, great for a nature lover! Within walking distance of the nature house is a large supermarket and a bus stop. In the village of Achterberg is a good bakery. Ouwehands Zoo is easily reached by bicycle.
