Nature house in Eelderwolde

Relax in our comfortably furnished nature house right on the shores of Lake Paterswoldsemeer! Inside, our family-friendly house comfortably accommodates four adults, two children and possibly another baby or toddler. Outside, the spacious garden overlooks the water, which is protected by a fence so children can play safely. But above all, look forward to a relaxing summer evening with a cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine or good glass of wine in the lounge area, where the wood stove awaits you for inner heating. Our nature house offers lots of play opportunities with a sandbox and water pump, as well as a swimming dock where you can explore the lake with both canoes! Did we mention that the house is very child-friendly? A high chair, crib, camp bed (playpen), changing pad, potty and toilet seat reducer. You just need to grab a hold of the collection of children's books to end a wonderful day at the waterfront.

The Paterswoldsemeer is situated in a unique place, between the city of Groningen and the National Park Drentsche Aa. For both water sports enthusiasts walkers and cyclists (bike rental at 10 minutes walk) there are plenty of opportunities to explore the area. The nature reserves the Frisian Peat and the Onlanden are 5 minutes by bike. The vibrant center of Groningen is 20 minutes by bike, the cozy Haren 15 minutes. If you do not want to cook, you can also enjoy the culinary delights around the Paterswoldsemeer, with the Rietschans as an absolute must!
