Erve Roolvink in Enschede offers atmospheric, romantic and cozy farmhouse rooms for everyone who enjoys outdoor living in typical country style. The interior consists of surprising authentic elements but characterized with a sleek contemporary character and design. This nature house can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is tastefully renovated and modern. The apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, a dining table, a sitting area with TV (Netflix), a kitchen and its own private terrace. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your own breakfast or meal.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the outskirts of the village of Lonneker, near Twenthe Airport and close to downtown Enschede. Our farm dates from 1791 and used to belong to the Grafschaft Bentheim. This is reflected in the unique finish with Bentheim stone. The cozy accommodation offers beautiful views of the farmlands and Twente Essen and is surrounded by an authentic coulisse landscape. Our yard used to have the destination cattle farm, now horses are kept there. From our location there are many cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity. The cozy center of Enschede is only 10 minutes away by car and on the bike it takes 20 minutes to get to the cozy city center with the old market as the center. The village of Lonneker with its cozy village center where cafe restaurant Sprakel is the centerpiece, is a popular place for a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner and mostly all kinds of activities.
