In the beautiful nature reserve Gasselterveld near the most blue lake in the Netherlands is this beautiful modernized design vacation home (70m2). This traditional stone bungalow has recently been completely modernized including underfloor heating, bathroom insulation new kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave. High chair / bed available, Kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine (cups), Kettle. The wooden extension houses a spacious bedroom overlooking the deer meadow. A second bedroom offers space for another 2 people. The spacious living room has a designer dining table, chairs sofa and 50" Smart TV. On the spacious deck terrace, of no less than 80m2, you can completely relax and dine for hours. The plot (2000 m2) of the nature house is fully fenced so children can play peacefully. A new bathroom and toilet complete the picture. It is a beautiful area with a vast forest and several ponds.
Nature and surroundings
The Property is located in the middle of nature in the beautiful Gasselterveld. There are several eateries in the vicinity (Gasselte, Gieten, Borger,Eext) on the adjacent campsite is a terrace for a snack and a drink and in the morning the bread service. Bike rental is also available in Gasselte. Pieterpad, Wildlands Emmen, recreation park Nije Hemelrijk and adjacent the blue hole. The DrouwenerzandNature reserve / amusement park , Drents museum Assen, dolmens museum, hunebedden, Infocentrum-Borger, planetron-Dwingelo, railroad Stadskanaal museum Orvelte, OrvelteStreekmuseum, the Village of Bartje, RoldeVan Gogh House-Veenoord, outdoor museum Ellert and Brammerd-Schoonoord, camp Westerbork.
