This wellness campsite is also camping (with your own tent), but different! This campground distinguishes itself from others by having 3 saunas and cozy rest room, with in the wellness garden a cold/warm shower with dump bucket, plunge pool, herbal bath and a wood-fired hot-tub. A sunbathing area with hammocks and sunbeds complete the scene. Bathing clothes are not allowed in the sauna and hot-tub. Due to the corona, the sunbathing area was too small, from then on your tent or caravan stands a.w.a. in our sauna garden. The campsite is thus clothing optional. Under the motto: Just respect each other! Sanitary facilities: shower, 2 toilets, a sink for dishes and a dump chemical toilet. There is free WiFi. The 8 pitches are arranged around a natural pond. Partly because of the steep banks, it is a child-free campsite. The site is fenced and the gate is locked.
Nature and surroundings
On private property is a natural pond, the water is filtered by helophytes (marsh plants). Around the plot are trees and shrubs. Birds find water and trees an ideal habitat. Within walking distance you are in the nature reserve the Eerdse Bergen and Vlagheideberg, this former 25-meter high landfill has been given back to nature. Space place where we could pitch the tent. On a nice cozy field around a beautiful pond. Due to COVID-19, the wellness area was only available for rent privately.
Ruimte plek waar we de tent op konden zetten. Op een mooi knus veldje rond een prachtige vijver. Wegens COVID-19 was het wellness gedeelte enkel privé af te huren.
Nice quiet place. Beautiful trees around the property. Owner has decorated it finely and creatively. Also the little sauna complex and the showers, toilets and the towing hut are true works of art.
Mooie stille plek. Prachtige bomen rond het terrein. Eigenaar heeft het fijn en creatief ingericht. Ook het sauna complexje en de douches, toiletten en de trekhut zijn ware kunstwerkjes
