This lovely bright studio, is a wonderful getaway base in the middle of the country. Our farm is in the middle of the Krommerijn region and there is plenty to do. Your studio can accommodate one or two people, you have a kitchenette, chairs, a table and chairs, your own bathroom and entrance. And lovely French doors, to bring the outside in. Enjoy your own lovely place, or find a place in the large shared garden, always enjoy at this nature house! Schalkwijk is a tiny village in the middle of the farming landscape, just below Houten. A place with beautiful farms, lots of water, vast fields and polders. Our cottage is the place to really get acquainted with this piece of Dutch nature. The cottage is located at the very back of our property and therefore you have complete privacy. There is a private entrance and there are two terraces.

Every season is special here: the ice on the ditches, the colorful autumn, the spring blossoms or a summer dip in the Lek. You will be short of time here and will sleep like a rose. Because farm life is good. The surroundings are so diverse, ask us for tips. But gazing out over the meadow with the sheep is also recommended. Astrid is a nice person you can always turn to for if you have questions or requests. She is very accommodating, I had a few days and master class nearby and partner was allowed to continue to use the room on the day of departure, how cool is that!
Astrid is een fijn mens, waar je altijd terecht kunt voor als je vragen hebt of verzoeken. Zij is heel coulant, ik had een paar dagen en masterclass in de buurt en partner mocht op de dag van vertrek gebruik blijven maken van de kamer, hoe tof is dat!

9 studio's op 1 erf, gehorig (bovenburen). Inrichting gedateerd. De studio is niet wat wij gewend zijn van natuurhuisje.nl.

Wat jammer dat het niet helemaal was wat jullie ervan verwacht hadden; in onze omschrijving staat ook: Huursituatie: Deel van huis, alleen bewoning, ligging: Op een erf.
We hebben meer studio’s en een loft, deze staan ook op Natuurhuisje, misschien heb je onze vergaderruimte, de garage van mijn man mee gerekend, en onze voordeur denk ik, anders kom je niet aan negen studio’s.
Vervelend dat jullie last hadden van je bovenburen, de bedoeling is dat iedereen rekening met elkaar houdt, maar net zoals honden wel eens blaffen, kun je ook wel iets horen van anderen.In de omgeving was het mooi om te wandelen. Vlak bij de rivier De Lek.
