Welcome to our Finnish Loghouse, a wooden forest house 100% privacy on 1000 m2 own land near the Holterberg in Holten. No recreation park. Optional Sauna and jacuzzi to book. The nature house is suitable for 2 pers., it has 1 bedroom with sink and bed of 140x200 m. There is a cool living room with wood stove and spacious corner sofa, coffee table, dining / work bar with two bar stools. There is TV and fiber optic internet. In the kitchen there are refrigerator, 4-burner stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. In the barn you can use the freezer. Bicycles can also be stored and charged there. The nature house has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a nice veranda with lounge area. All windows have shutters, there is central heating and the house is nice and warm. Around the house is a sunny enclosed garden where there is always a place in the sun or shade. Terrace tables and chairs available. Parking on private property for 2 cars. Come relax!
Nature and surroundings
Holten has a cozy town center with stores (also open on Sundays) and some (sunny) restaurants and excellent bakery! For hikers, cyclists and ATB-ers it is a Walhalla with of course the Salland Ridge, the Holterberg, the Pieterpad but also walking area "The Borkeld" with the reinstated Elsenerveen where many birds foraging and nesting including the lapwing. Water between the woods and heathland (with flocks of sheep and juniper), a unique area! From the Vianenweg runs the World Time Path with for each year (from 800) to the present day various interesting facts connected with that year, neatly plotted with paths. For car drivers there is the ANWB route "Salland-route", 125km long that runs through the Salland Ridge (40km / h) to Nijverdal. 2km from our house is a fantastic dog pond where played, picnicked and chatted by the owners. Ideal for hot days! Ommen, the Vecht, the Regge and Deventer at 30min makes everything complete!
