After a day at the beach or a long walk in the natural parc this is a wonderful place to return to and to relax. This nice nature studio appartment with glass front of 7 meters, is comfortably and modernly furnished. The attractive bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in shower. The king-size bed (2.10x1.80 Auping) provides a hotel feeling. The kitchen corner is well equipped to prepare your own meal. And if you don't feel like cooking yourself there is a wide choice of restaurants in the area. The studio has a large, partly covered private terrace. Next to the studio is another 2-pers. appt. with its own private entrance and private terrace. The estate has ample parking for guests and a beautiful garden. Our sustainably built house is new and built under architecture (2020). The house gets heated by air heat pomp, solar panels and has a green roof.

A country road (700m) leads straight to the entrance of the North Holland dune reserve . For nature lovers a unique area with forest, dunes and beaches.A perfect place for endless walks or bike rides. During springtime the bulbfields in the area turn into the most beautiful colours. The beach is 3.3 km away and can be reached on foot or by bicycle. There are plenty of quiet beaches in this area. For a little more entertainment Egmond aan zee or Castricum aan zee are both only 5,8 km away. Restaurants 1 kmEgmond -Binnen 1,5 km - supermarket, bakery, restaurants, Abbey of Egmond Bergen 15 km - a picturesque artists village. Alkmaar -13 km - a picturesque town famous for its cheesemarket. Haarlem - 25 km Amsterdam - 38km (centre) Train station - 4.5 km(free parking) . What a great cottage this is in a lovely setting - From about 3pm in the afternoon (in March) you have the sun on the terrace out of the wind. Fantastic to warm up to and relax. Line of sight with landlord's house is interrupted by a large hedge on the north side - Fine cottage, with underfloor heating, tastefully decorated, good shower and bed, kitchen fully equipped and spacious. Includes cooking utensils (oil, pepper, salt etc). Environment is fantastic, dunes beautiful, beach delicious - Landlords are very friendly and hospitable
