Enjoy peace, space and plenty of privacy in this detached nature house, surrounded by its own forest of over 16,000m2. The spacious living room has a wood stove, a lovely sitting area and dining table at which you can enjoy your meals, overlooking the garden. Adjacent to the nature house is a spacious and bright conservatory, a wonderful extra room equipped with a dining table, a sitting area, a second wood stove and a sofa bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is one quadruple and one double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. In the garden you can enjoy both sun and shade from morning to evening. The garden, with a large lawn, is lined with flowering plants and shrubs that attract many birds and butterflies. There is a trampoline, two soccer goals and a badminton playing set with net. The garden has an outdoor fireplace that can also be used as a BBQ. For the summer months (July and August) there is a small pool in the garden.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in a wooded, rural area on the outskirts of the village of Mariahout. It is a wonderful area for hikers, runners, mountain bikers, peace seekers, nature lovers and fishermen. In the immediate vicinity there are 15 marked walks, two of which run along the plot. The dead end road on which the plot is located ends 200 meters away in a vast forest where you can make lovely walks in the woods and find several fishing spots in the Zuid Willemsvaart to cast your rod. Less than a kilometer away runs the mountain bike path of the 29km long Vresselaarroute with many winding and curvy trails. The route is 95% unpaved and for the most part single track. In nearby Beek and Donk you can get your daily groceries and find several restaurants and bars. For more entertainment you are close to Eindhoven and Den Bosch.
