Nature house in Schoorl

The cottage is a cozy wooden house in an ideal location in Schoorl, on the edge of Nature Reserve The Schoorl Dunes! From the cottage you walk directly into the beautiful dune area, but also the cozy village center of Schoorl with the Klimduim, stores, restaurants and cozy cafes can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The nature house is located on a small-scale park with ten wooden houses in the center of Schoorl. It breathes the atmosphere of sea and beach and is fully equipped: nice beds, a cozy sitting area with three-seater sofa and easy chair, smart TV and fast Wifi. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove with hood, dishwasher, airfryer, Nespresso coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer. In front of the cottage is a sunny south-facing terrace and a large lawn where your children can play safely on the swing or climbing frame. Parking is free of charge. Bed linen and towels should be brought by yourself.

Nature reserve The Schoorl Dunes is one of the most beautiful and largest nature reserves on the North Holland coast. The dunes here are at their widest and highest. They form a vast and special nature reserve with shifting dunes, heaths and woods, where you can make excellent walks or bike tours. A must is De Kerf, where the sea flows in at very high tide and a special flora has arisen. In the hinterland of Schoorl are important wetlands and meadows where special birds regularly land. The beach at Schoorl aan Zee can only be reached on foot or by bicycle and is therefore always quiet. But also Hargen aan Zee, where you can also get there by car, has a special beach with a lagoon created at the recent coastal reinforcement. For more action, Alkmaar, Bergen and Egmond are within reach, but the center of Schoorl is also cozy with its stores and terraces right on the famous Klimduin. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation!
