Nature house in Ommen

In a beautiful mature yard in the Vecht valley you will find this cozy farmhouse with character. It is surrounded by trees, shrubs and an idyllic woodland garden. Through sliding garden doors (with screens) you enter a private garden. The cottage is close to our farmhouse, but very privately situated. The cozy decor immediately gives a feeling of coming home. `Here you find bedding´, we hear from our guests. The pellet fireplace with thermostat gives the cottage a nice warmth. There is a neat kitchen, cozy dining area and a lovely new lounge chair and sofa. Clothes can be stored in the maid's closet. The cottage has a small bathroom that has recently been stylishly renovated. The bedroom is cozy with a double bed of 1.40x2.00m 'a la bed box' (accessible from one side). Do you like cozy and are you looking for peace, nature and forest life? Then this cottage is the ideal place. Particularly suitable for individual retreats, (nature) vacations and as a workation for 1 person. Pellets are charged from 2kg p / d.

The nature house is located on the border of a natural yard. The owners, a couple with two children moved here in 2020 to fulfill their dream. To show people how beautiful nature is, that nature "heals" and brings you closer to your "own nature. In the yard you can enjoy a beautiful communal flower and pond garden. There is also a forest garden with all kinds of herbs. The cottage is adjacent to a forest, you just have to cross the road. There are several hiking and cycling networks on the route. The owners have a partnership with Landgoed Den Woesten Heide, which is almost adjacent to the property. This beautiful estate has a great diversity of landscapes including many acres of forest, heathland and nature reserve. The owners will be happy to show you around. If you want an errand or some more entertainment, you will find one of the oldest Hanseatic towns of Overijssel at about 5 km: the town of Ommen. Here you can indulge yourself (on the terrace) on the beautiful banks of the Vecht.
