Nature house in Maasland

Actually we wanted to spend a nice vacation in nature, but after the inspection we were more than disappointed by the condition of the house, sanitary facilities no shelves, toilet drain black with wobbly toilet seat without lid, shower with broken mirror and the outdoor terrace overgrown with weeds and leaves from last year. The pictures of the house on the booking portal have nothing in common with the current condition. In addition, there is no free cupboard for your own things.

Eigentlich wollten wir einen schönen Urlaub in der Natur verbringen, doch nach der Begehung waren wir vom Zustand des Hauses, Sanitäranlagen keinerlei Ablagen, Toilette Abfluss schwarz mit wackeliger Toilettenbrille ohne Deckel, Dusche mit defekten Spiegel und dem Aussenbereich Terrasse mit Unkraut bewuchert und Laub vom letzten Jahr, mehr als enttäuscht. Die Bilder vom Haus auf dem Buchungsportal haben mit dem derzeitigen Zustand nichts gemeinsam. Zudem gibt es keinen freien Schrank für eigene Sachen.

If you like a vintage house, animals around you, greenery, garden , the rural feeling, a hinterland where you can enjoy biking, but also taste history, then definitely rent this nature house! But are you fond of a little more comfort , good working wifi, TV and not having to go down stairs at night for the toilet and 1 loft where not everyone sleeps in the same room, then I would reconsider.

Als je van een vintagehuis, dieren om je heen, groen, tuin , het plattelandsgevoel houdt, een achterland waar je heerlijk kunt fietsen, maar ook historie kunt proeven, huur dan zeker dit natuurhuisje!
Maar ben je gesteld op iets meer comfort , goed werkende wifi, tv en niet ‘s nachts met een trap naar beneden moeten voor het toilet en 1 vliering waar niet iedereen in dezelfde ruimte slaapt, dan zou ik er nog eens over nadenken.

Very friendly and helpful people. Nice cottage, old apple barn, nice and cool. Well furnished, everything is there what you need and nice offline life without laptop or TV! Bikes to borrow, basic but biked fine. Setback was that we selected/filtered on two bedrooms, however it turned out to be 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single a few meters away from there. Possibly helpful if that is adjusted by the site administrator of nature house?

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Mooi huisje, oude appelschuur, lekker koel. Prima ingericht, alles is er wat je nodig hebt en lekker even offline leven zonder laptop of tv! Fietsen te leen, basic maar fietsten prima. Tegenvaller was dat we selecteerden/filterden op twee slaapkamers, echter het bleek 1 slaapvertrek met 1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 eenpersoons daar een paar meter vandaan. Mogelijk handig als dat door de site beheerder van natuurhuisje wordt aangepast?

The immediate surroundings of the cottage are lovely, the garden, vegetable garden, chickens etc. You are really close to industry, highway and city, which you see as soon as you leave the site and you hear when you sit outside. On the adjacent riding school when we were there was a party at night, so it was quite restless. For cycling, nevertheless, you can find beautiful routes through the greenery!

De directe omgeving van het huisje is heerlijk, de tuin, moestuin, kipjes etc. Je zit wel echt vlakbij industrie, snelweg en stad, dat zie je zodra je het terrein verlaat en hoor je ook als je buiten zit. Op de naastgelegen manege was toen wij er waren s nachts een feestje, waardoor het vrij onrustig was. Voor fietsen kun je desondanks wel mooie routes vinden door het groen!
