Enjoy our cozy nature house! Located in a wooded area on a spacious plot of almost 1,000 meters, near the Salland Ridge and Holterberg. This nature house offers peace, space and comfort in the middle of nature! Be awakened in the morning by the sound of birds? Or enjoying a cup of coffee on the sunny and sheltered terrace? And all that under the watchful eye of curious squirrels? This nature house offers it all! Our nature house is comfortably furnished, ground floor and well insulated for all seasons. Extremely suitable for cyclists, hikers, mountain bikers, but also specifically for birdwatchers, nature lovers and peace seekers. Our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms. In the vicinity are several bungalows but all free (no park!). Natural Enjoyment! Practical info: bring your own bed and kitchen linen (contactless stay!)
Nature and surroundings
This Nature House is located in the middle of the woods and is fully equipped. In the beautiful and especially green surroundings there is plenty to do. Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, something for everyone. In the vicinity you will find the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Also nearby are the Holterberg, the Zuurberg and Beuseberg and the nearly 600-acre nature reserve the Borkeld. Nature reserve the Holterberg is a hilly area, which is part of the National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. Holterberg owes its name to the Overijssel village of Holten, which lies to the south of this area. To the north, this area borders Haarlerberg and Noetselerberg. This nature reserve includes many moors interspersed with vast (coniferous) forests. Nearby are the towns of Holten, Rijssen and Markelo, each with a variety of museums, churches, excellent restaurants and cultural attractions.

Marianne August 25, 2023 General rating:Nature, peace & environment:Genoten van de rust en en bosrijke omgeving bij het natuurhuisje. Vooral de eekhoorns die op de vensterbank kwamen zitten om nootje te eten, was enorm grappig. Daarnaast ook veel van onze gevederde vriendjes genoten.

Willie July 7, 2023 General rating:Het is een heel mooi en gezellig huisje met een mooie tuin met eekhoorntjes en vogels volop. Niets op aan te merken!! Heel erg jammer en ook heel erg teleurstellend was dat het buurhuis op nummer 81 verhuurd werd van vrijdag tot dinsdagochtend aan 8 jongeren die net hun middelbare school diploma hadden gehaald. Dat brengt uiteraard veel lawaai met zich mee. Blij waren we dat ze dinsdagochtend vertrokken maar tot ons grote verbazing zagen we bij thuiskomst dinsdagmiddag dat opnieuw acht jongens het huis hadden gehuurd en werden we verwelkomd door muziek, lawaai en een BBQ lucht. We hebben de beide groepen meerdere keren aangesproken en gevraagd of het wat minder kon. Dat werkt natuurlijk niet en zeker niet na een paar drankjes. Het was prachtig weer en we leefden allemaal buiten. De jongens is niets aan te rekenen want die huren een huis en hebben vakantie en maken plezier. Het is een rustig recreatie terrein met meerdere huizen. In de beschrijving van het huisje staat dat je geen hinder ondervindt van de andere huizen. Wij hebben op het terras heel veel hinder van de buurjongens gehad. Heel erg jammer en voor ons dus niet natuurhuisjes waardig.
Nature, peace & environment:Holten en omgeving is prachtig om te fietsen en te wandelen! Heel rustig en uitgestrekt. Erg mooi!

Wim June 26, 2023 General rating:Mooi, compleet en schoon ingericht huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien.
Nature, peace & environment:Het huis ligt in een royaal opgezet bungalowpark, met allemaal vrijstaande en unieke huizen. Het gehele park is erg groen aangelegd: je ervaart dus niet dat je in een park zit.
De omgeving van Salland en Twente is erg fraai om op wat voor manier ook te verkennen. Mogelijkheden te over voor het zien van allerlei dieren, zoals herten, eekhoorns, vogels en nog veel meer.
