Nature house in Dwingeloo

This vacation home is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. The nature house is located on the Holtien, near Dwingeloo, in a beautiful rural setting. The nature house is the front half of a converted 100-year-old farmhouse. From the kitchen and living room you look into the orchard and the adjacent meadows.All areas such as kitchen, living room, toilet and bathroom are on the ground floor. Also, one of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Upon arrival, the beds are made. Kitchen linen is generously available. Please bring your own bath towels. For the children there is much to do both inside and outside. Inside there are plenty of games, outside in the orchard there is a 20-meter cable car, a swing, sandpit and trampoline . To the forest, swimming pool, blue lake or Wildlands are some very nice outings close to home.

The cottage is ideally located for trips to the Dwingelderveld, the Leggelderveld, the Drents-Friese Wold and the Blue Lake. Here you can enjoy walking or cycling. You can also make beautiful horseback rides in this area. In Dwingeloo (5 km) you can do your daily shopping. There are several stores and restaurants. The outdoor pool is open daily in the summer. If you prefer to swim in a more natural environment, the BlauweMeer is a good option. This old sand excavation is very popular with swimmers in summer. There are yellow sand beaches and the lake is sheltered in the forests of the Leggelderveld.
