This nature house is a former goat stable converted into a luxury vacation home. The house consists of 2 cottages which can be rented separately or as a whole. The dividing door can be locked. This house is one part and is fully equipped. Think of a full kitchen, a luxury bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, spacious entrance hall, underfloor heating on the BG, air conditioning (upstairs and downstairs), balcony with polder views and a cozy living room with patio doors to private garden. You have access to 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with a scaffolding bunk bed. Lower bed: 210x90 cm. Upper bed: 150x70 cm. An adult can fit in the lower bed, but the bunk bed is especially fun for children. Make use of the barbecue or have fun on the trampoline in the adjacent land. Hot tub and outdoor sauna available for rent upon request, if available. Parties, alcohol abuse and drug use not allowed.

The nature house is located at the back of the yard and therefore in the middle of the Green Heart polder. On all sides you will find meadows and water. Surrounded by cows, horses and sheep you will surely find complete relaxation. What makes this location unique is the connection with the family's organic livestock farm/cheese farm next door. Through the back runs a short path. Here you can visit the beautiful store full of (organic) products, see where Gouda cheese is prepared in the traditional way or how, for example, the cows are milked. The farm is freely accessible. The location is also centrally located. Large cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht and The Hague can be reached within 45 minutes by car. New: wood-fired hot tub & outdoor sauna for 6/8 persons from Welvaere, situated in the meadow with beautiful views over the polder, on request to rent and based on availability. 1 day hot tub & sauna: 75 euros, 2 days 125 euros.
