Cozy family house with 2 bathrooms Two km from the center of Holten. Detached nature house on a yard. On the ground floor: Living room with separate kitchen, 1 Bedroom with 2 box spring beds, shower + sink. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 2 box spring beds. (There is a possibility to add 5 box spring beds),Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In the house you have access to a combi oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, and 2 koelkasten.Voor the little ones there is a high chair, playpen and a cot available. Sitting at the long family table overlooks the meadows where deer can be seen regularly at the edge of the forest. The entire ground floor and the immediate surroundings are accessible for disabled people. Outside there is plenty of space for the children. There is a trampoline, table tennis and a go-kart. In short, an ideal place to celebrate your vacation here.
Nature and surroundings
In the vicinity of Holten is much to experience for both young and old. Hiking (the Pieterpad runs right past the house), cycling on the Holterberg, canoeing on the Regge in Rijssen, walking at huize Verwolde in Laren by the thickest tree in the Netherlands or just enjoy the peace and space in Salland. Het huis op zich is hard aan een renovatie toe. Zo hebben 2 badkamers geen zin als er maar in één badkamer (bij twee in gebruik) warm water beschikbaar is. Verder is de tafeltennistafel niet bruikbaar (helemaal kapot) en is de trampoline compleet versleten

Het spijt ons dat u niet tevreden was, erg jammer dat u dit niet tijdens uw verblijf gemeld heeft! Dan hadden wij het warme water natuurlijk verholpen en had u gewoon 2 douches. Wij hebben u bij uw vertrek nog gevraagd naar bijzonderheden, dan verteld u dat u genoten heeft.
U schrijft de woning is aan renovatie toe, u vergeet te vermelden dat daar de prijs ook naar was. Voor de prijs die u betaald heeft kunt u in het hoogseizoen nog geen tent huren! Laat staan een grote woning.mooie omgeving, rustig gelegen huis met een mooie, vrij liggende tuin

Het huisje was netjes, goed schoon. Voor ons 4 vriendinnen was het heerlijk ruim.
Het huisje ligt op een erf, niet midden in de natuur, maar wel een weids uitzicht. Amper verkeer op de weg langs het huisje, dus een oase van rust.
