Cozy family house with 2 bathrooms Two km from the center of Holten. Detached nature house on a yard. On the ground floor: Living room with separate kitchen, 1 Bedroom with 2 box spring beds, shower + sink. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 2 box spring beds. (There is a possibility to add 5 box spring beds),Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In the house you have access to a combi oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, and 2 koelkasten.Voor the little ones there is a high chair, playpen and a cot available. Sitting at the long family table overlooks the meadows where deer can be seen regularly at the edge of the forest. The entire ground floor and the immediate surroundings are accessible for disabled people. Outside there is plenty of space for the children. There is a trampoline, table tennis and a go-kart. In short, an ideal place to celebrate your vacation here.
Nature and surroundings
In the vicinity of Holten is much to experience for both young and old. Hiking (the Pieterpad runs right past the house), cycling on the Holterberg, canoeing on the Regge in Rijssen, walking at huize Verwolde in Laren by the thickest tree in the Netherlands or just enjoy the peace and space in Salland. For the young holidaymaker there is an outdoor swimming pool (at 3 km). Or is playing at the petting zoo (at 5.5 km) more for them? On the Holterberg you will find the Canadian Cemetery where the graves of 1394 fallen soldiers are impressively maintained. Also one of the oldest and best known nature museums of the Netherlands is located here, where a surprising view of the European animal world is given. 1.5 km away there is a farm museum with lifelike murals and a unique collection of implements and tools. Also 1.5 km away there is a complete private sauna with several cabins which can be rented by appointment.
