Nature house in Doldersum

The cottage is located in the middle of nature on the edge of a small-scale bungalow park. The cottage itself has an old-fashioned look. The Hoftippe is not large but it has everything you need and lacks what you are not going to need during a vacation. The cottage is cozy and the location is really phenomenal, among the sheep and on the edge of two nature reserves. The location and entourage are already a reason to go there but also the surroundings are great and for those who love it there are also special restaurants in the area. Tip: The Sluiswachter at Dieversluis is highly recommended. Then still a point of criticism. Beautiful nature also has its disadvantages. Especially mosquitoes are a disturbing factor. The Hoftippe has no screens or something, so in hot weather when the windows have to be opened you have to be creative. We drove to the Gamma in Beilen to cobble together a solution ourselves but really this beautiful cottage should just offer a solution.

Het huisje ligt midden in de natuur aan de rand van een kleinschalig bungalowpark. Het huisje zelf heeft een ouderwetse uitstraling. De Hoftippe is niet groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en ontbeert wat je tijdens een vakantie ook niet nodig gaat hebben. Het huisje is knus en de ligging is echt fenomenaal, tussen de schapen en op de rand van twee natuurgebieden. De ligging en entourage zijn al een reden om daarheen te gaan maar ook de omgeving is geweldig en voor de liefhebbers zijn er in de omgeving ook bijzondere restaurants. Tip: De Sluiswachter bij Dieversluis is een echte aanrader.

Dan toch nog een puntje van kritiek. Mooie natuur heeft ook zijn nadelen. Vooral muggen zijn dan een storende factor. De Hoftippe heeft geen horren of zoiets, dus bij warm weer als de ramen open moeten dan moet je creatief zijn. Wij zijn naar de Gamma in Beilen gereden om zelf een oplossing in elkaar te knutselen maar eigenlijk zou dit prachtige huisje gewoon een oplossing moeten bieden.

A super cozy cottage in a great place. Here you can still find peace and quiet. Super dark at night and deafeningly quiet. A great place to retreat to. That there is no Wifi or TV is only an even greater added value. Just spend all day in nature next to the sheep!

Een super gezellig huisje op een geweldige plek. Hier is nog rust en ruimte te vinden. Superdonker in de nacht en oorverdovend stil. Een geweldige plek om je terug te trekken. Dat er geen Wifi of TV is, is alleen maar een nog grotere toegevoegde waarde. Gewoon de hele dag in de natuur naast de schapen!

Fantastic location, lovely and quiet. However the cottage is dated and the amenities simple.Friendly landlady who was quick to respond to information and gave good tips.After showering it takes a long time for the floor to dry and so does the run but the toilet.Due to the damp spring there were many mosquitoes around and in the cottage.Cottage is cozy. We were lucky to have good weather during the day. In bad weather, comfort is limited.

Fantastische locatie, heerlijk rustig. Het huisje is echter gedateerd en het voorzieningenniveau eenvoudig.
Vriendelijk verhuurster die snel reageerde op informatie en goede tips gaf.

Na het douchen duurt het lang voordat de vloer droog is en dus ook de loop maar het toilet.

Door het vochtige voorjaar zaten er veel muggen rondom en in het huisje.

Huisje is knus. We hadden het geluk dat het goed weer was overdag. Bij slecht weer is het comfort beperkt.

Perfect location for outdoor activities. Wonderfully quiet. Right next to the Drenths-Friese Wold, over 30 minutes from the Drenthse Aa and NP Wieden/Weerribben.

Perfecte ligging voor buitenactiviteiten. Heerlijk rustig. Direct naast het Drenths-Friese Wold, ruim 30 minuten van de Drenthse Aa en NP Wieden/Weerribben.
