Nature house in Laag Zuthem - Zwolle

Very nice and especially spacious cottage with everything we needed: a large lounge room, nice kitchen/dining room, and fine bedrooms with personal bathrooms. The only thing was that it was rather cold, but that's not surprising when it's almost ten degrees freezing....

Heel mooi en vooral ruim huisje met alles wat we nodig hadden: een grote loungekamer, mooie keuken/eetkamer, en prima slaapkamers met persoonlijke badkamer. Het enige was dat het nogal koud was, maar dat is ook niet gek als het bijna tien graden vriest...

The accommodation is very nicely furnished, cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The surrounding nature is also really worth seeing. Unfortunately, the negative experiences outweighed the positive ones for us. We didn't get a good night's sleep and didn't feel welcome. If you mainly want to experience nature and be active there, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Die Unterkunft ist von der Einrichtung her sehr schön, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Auch die Natur rundherum ist wirklich sehenswert. Leider überwiegen für uns jedoch die negativen Erfahrungen. Wir hatten keinen erholsamen Schlaf und haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Wer hauptsächlich die Natur erleben und dort aktiv sein möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Cleanliness: On arrival we found dirty dishes in the cupboard, hair on the pillows and spiders in several rooms. Quality of sleep: On the first night there was an extremely loud party nearby, so it was impossible to sleep. In addition, there are no windows with fly screens, which made for a very restless night due to the heavy mosquito load in the area, because you were constantly being stung and disturbed by buzzing at night. Hospitality: We found the owner Wouter Koning to be condescending. We were inappropriately reprimanded both when parking and when entering certain areas. As a result, no pleasant or constructive communication was possible. Restrictions: The site is only partially accessible. This was very inconvenient for our planned group activities in nature, as many things were not allowed to be entered.

Sauberkeit: Bei Ankunft fanden wir dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, Haare auf den Kopfkissen und in mehreren Zimmern Spinnen.

Schlafqualität: In der ersten Nacht fand in der Nähe eine extrem laute Party statt, sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Zusätzlich sind keine Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, was bei der starken Mückenbelastung in der Umgebung für eine sehr unruhige Nacht gesorgt hat, weil man nachts permanent gestochen und durch Summen gestört wurde.

Gastfreundschaft: Den Umgang des Eigentümers Wouter Koning empfanden wir als herablassend. Sowohl beim Hinweis auf Parken als auch beim Betreten bestimmter Bereiche wurden wir unangemessen zurechtgewiesen. Dadurch war keine angenehme oder konstruktive Kommunikation möglich.

Einschränkungen: Das Gelände ist nur teilweise zugänglich. Für unsere geplanten Gruppenaktivitäten in der Natur war das sehr hinderlich, da vieles nicht betreten werden durfte.
