Our nature house is located between Annen and Eext in The National Park Drentsche AA on top of the Hondsrug, near the hunebed highway in a wooded area. The cottage is situated in a part of the barn which is free in the yard. The nature house has an area of + / - 50m2. You enter in the small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, COMBI microwave, coffee maker and kettle. You can prepare a simple (bread) meal here. From the kitchen you have access to the living room and the bathroom, and up the stairs you will find the spacious bedroom. The bedroom has a lovely double bed. The linen package is included in the price. On the terrace or in the orchard is a great place to stay, so you can fully enjoy. Because of our own animals, we cannot take dogs/cats etc. with us. Also, the accommodation is not suitable for children from 0 to 13 years.
Nature and surroundings
Through our meadow/flower field you can walk straight into the forest. There you can go for lovely walks. There is a walking route of 7.5 km through the forest that leads you to beautiful places. So you come across the sheep or cows on the heath, at hunebed D11 you come along and then you can visit the Pinetum Anloo. This is very worthwhile. Afterwards you continue the route back. From the village Annen is a good bus connection to Groningen, Assen and Emmen. In the village there are several stores in the small shopping center.
