Welcome to the new, luxury cottage. Beautifully situated between the Waardsedijk (Montfoort) and the Hollandse IJssel, there is always a possibility to go canoeing, fishing, swimming or boating! In addition, you have a beautiful view over the orchard. You have your own entrance and terrace. The Villa is located in the Green Heart, from this nature house you can make wonderful cycling or hiking trips in the area. There is room for 2 persons and the nature house has a complete kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and a bedroom. With the available sofa bed there is a possibility of accommodation for a third person. With the present French doors it is wonderful to sit outside in the covered veranda or on the terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the animals and nature. You will spend the night in a quiet environment with the happy chirping of birds. Pets and open fires are not allowed in this natural environment. Parking is on private property.

The Nature House is in a standard orchard, located on the Dutch IJssel River. The fruit trees and garden are managed organically. Within walking and cycling distance are beautiful historic towns. Several (hiking) polder routes are available.
