We have 5 farm lodges in a converted cattle barn. Each nature house is suitable for 4 people, we may add an extra bed so that one can stay in the lodge with 5 people.... The last lodge is a bit larger, it can sleep 10 people. Each lodge has its own entrance, private kitchen with cooking island, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop. The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower, the toilet is separate. There is a spacious living room with wood stove, basket of wood is ready. The cost of the wood (€ 15, - per bag) may be settled with Marlin after your stay. She will send you a payment request for this. On the first floor is a double bedroom with whirlpool bath and on the ground floor you have a bedstead. We can add an extra bed (€ 7,50 pbpn extra).
Nature and surroundings
Our accommodation is located on Twickel Estate, the largest estate in the Netherlands. There are walking and cycling routes ready, you can leave right from the yard. Twickel Castle is 3 km away, as are the lovely towns of Borne and Delden.

Nina February 20, 2025 General rating:The cottage and surroundings are nice. The landlord has visible rules for everything and there is to adhere to. We found it special that you have to pay extra for wood and that you could not use your own wood. We eeb a few cubes of a full basket used and had to pay the whole basket. The atmosphere was by the landlord what tense.
Het huisje en omgeving is fijn. De verhuurder heeft zichtbaar overal regels voor en daar is aan de te houden.
We vonden het bijzonder dat je extra moet betalen voor hout en dat je geen eigen hout mocht gebruiken.
We hebben eeb paar blokjes van een hele volle mand gebruikt en moesten de hele mand betalen.
De sfeer was door de verhuurder wat gespannen.Nature, peace & environment:The atmosphere in the cottage and was nice. Nice set up and well laid out. We did hear some longhorn beetles and the light down by the stairs could not be turned off.
