The reason we started this bed and breakfast is that we want to share this beautiful place with you. We still enjoy the peace and quiet and the stunning views of this polder every day. Beautiful walking and biking routes through charming, bustling harbor towns, beach resorts, and villages nestled next to the polders with their unique farmhouses. Visit the nature reserve located along our dike, which is part of the NL Delta Biesbosch Haringvliet, “the Delta 2000 project”—a section of a European protected nature reserve that is home to species such as the white-tailed eagle. From the observation tower, there’s a magnificent view of the surrounding area. In addition to all this beauty, don’t forget the industry and special projects that have been developed here, such as the Maasvlakte, the flood defenses, and the bustling port and city of Rotterdam. If you don’t feel like bringing your own bikes, e-bikes are available for rent here so you can enjoy cycling through the area.
