Nature house in Assendelft

The cottage has everything you need. Simple, but cozy. Lovely to wake up and see only greenery around you. Fine contact with the landlord. When we remembered last minute that we wanted to stay a little longer, it was no problem.

Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Eenvoudig, maar knus. Heerlijk om wakker te worden en alleen maar groen om je heen te zien. Fijn contact met de verhuurder. Toen we ons last minute bedachten dat we nog wat langer wilden blijven, was dat geen probleem.

Beautiful, well maintained garden where our dog could wander around. Also a nice walking path along the meadows around the corner.

Prachtige, goed onderhouden tuin waar onze hond heerlijk rond kon struinen. Ook een mooi wandelpad langs de weilanden om de hoek.

If you are used to the luxury of a hotel, this cottage is a bit of a letdown. To the eye, it looks fine. But what is most disturbing is the musty pungent smell that hangs in the cottage. Furthermore, the bed is not very comfortable. Here and there some cobwebs in the corners. For us it felt more like a camping adventure. Owner not seen, but excellent contact via email.

Als je de luxe van een hotel gewend bent, is dit huisje een beetje een tegenvaller. Voor het oog ziet het er prima uit. Maar wat het meest storend is, is de muffe penetrante geur die in het huisje hangt. Het bed ligt verder niet heel comfortabel. Her en der wat spinnenrag in de hoeken. Het voelde voor ons meer als een kampeer avontuur. Eigenaar niet gezien, maar wel prima contact via de mail.

Enjoying a beautiful large garden, where you can stroll around. Despite the airplanes, a wonderful place to unwind.

Genieten van een prachtige grote tuin, waar je lekker kunt rondstruinen. Ondanks de vliegtuigen een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.

On arrival there was a bottle of wine ready. We stayed only 1 night: door could not lock, door to toilet chin not closed. It smelled of gas through the gijser, no curtains for privacy. In short not our cottage.

Bij aankomst stond er een fles wijn klaar.
We zijn maar 1 nacht gebleven: deur kon niet op slot, deur naar de wc kin niet dicht. Het rook naar gas door de gijser, geen gordijnen voor de privacy. Kortom niet ons huisje.

Wel een mooie groene tuin, maar ik om de 2 minuten wordt de rust verstoord door laag vliegende vliegtuigen
