Nature house in Katwoude

This super sweet, sunny and spacious nature house awaits your arrival! Originally a farmhouse, now renovated into a charming, simple & shabby-chic guest house, with great views. The nature house has a private entrance and terrace, 3 bedrooms and 1 large bedroom/living room (with extendable dining table), a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, separate shower and all the space & privacy to relax and unwind. In the morning you have breakfast while looking over the fields, at the cows and the hares and birds hopping in the field. We make it easy for you; towels and bedding are all laid out and made up for you. The kitchen is also just like home; you will find everything you need and even the basics like salt and oil are all already there. As guests, you always have the whole house to yourself and your privacy and peace is guaranteed; but should you need help or advice; we are always nearby for assistance. Its all up to you!

The nature house is located just outside Katwoude, a small village only 20 car / bus minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Yet here you find yourself in the middle of nowhere; the cottage is on a dead end road, in the middle of the meadows. A little further on, our neighbors have a farm with cows and sheep, where you can take a look if you like. But it's mostly... quiet:) Endless walking, cycling, water sports or just to one of the many beaches on the Markermeer or IJsselmeer; in 5 minutes you are there. It is not called "Waterland" for nothing. You have your own garden and terrace, with picnic table and lounge chairs, to enjoy the outdoors as soon as possible. Of course you can easily and free parking in front of your house, but with public transport you can also go anywhere, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk and there are regular buses to Volendam, Edam, Marken and of course Amsterdam. So this is also the right place for city and village!
