We were staying in two cottages. The shower in the cottage at the back was a bit cramped for us. We used the shower in the main house instead. It was nice and spacious.

Beautiful green surroundings with bike paths along the Scheldt. Free bike ferry across the river. Be sure to check the ferry schedule! The garden is fully fenced, so our young dog could explore all day long. We saw lots of animals; the most remarkable was the kingfisher.

Two cottages, the smallest of which served as a study for my husband, "perfect," he said, the ideal workspace. The large house was tastefully decorated and very clean. Also here only tranquility. Good atmospheric lighting too. The kitchen is generously equipped, excellent beds too, and, not unimportantly, our dog could not stop having fun in the spacious fenced garden around the pond. In the middle of winter, we were still able to go for beautiful walks along and near the banks of the Scheldt, both directly from the house and no more than a 20-minute drive away. Last but not least, the owners are friendly and helpful people who come with many tips. We will definitely come back again.
