This nature house is located on the edge of the forest on a spacious plot of no less than 7430 m2 of private (forest) land. Here you can relax, you can hear the sounds of nature. Because the holiday home is located on the edge of the forest, there is also a beautiful view over the adjacent plot of agricultural land, so that there are always plenty of sunny spots, but of course also plenty of shade when needed. Due to the presence of a central heating system and wood stove, recreation can also be excellent in the winter months. There are no hidden costs; bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Of course there is Internet and TV. There are two bedrooms in the house. The living room is neat, attractive and equipped with an open kitchen with modern appliances. There is a washing machine available.

Assen, Emmen and Groningen are in the vicinity. For groceries and a small-scale, cozy center you can turn to Zuidlaren, which is about five kilometers away. There are many dining options in the area. The location is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. The nature reserve Stroomdal of the Drentsche Aa is part of the much larger national park: National Beek- en Esdorpenlandschap Drentsche Aa, about 15,000 hectares in size. You can bathe and canoe in the Aa. Within walking distance you will find a heath area with a sand drift. Within walking distance of about 10 minutes is the first archaeological reserve in the Netherlands with dolmens, burial mounds and cart tracks. The size is about 300 hectares.
