There is room for 8 people to have a nice meal and stay together. The house is rustically decorated and is new since spring 2015 ! The kitchen and living space are one unit .The kitchen has all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery . The separate storage room is equipped with large freezer , washing machine , dryer and sink. Separate outdoor terraces allow each to choose his corner to relax. Our heated (spring-autumn) winter garden , bathed in the glow of the evening sun, offers security until the late hours. Private parking spaces with charging station, lockable bicycle storage, horse pasture and stabling are also available . For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed ! At the Paulsenhof smoking is forbidden, except in the inner courtyard. A possible extended breakfast can be arranged on request. Freshly baked pizzas are made with our wood oven in the Bakhoês! (also workshops) Ofyr dinner, pasta buffet,... we also take care of the guests.

With this beautiful farmhouse located on the farm countryside in Bocholt, you have it all. On the border of Belgian and Dutch Limburg and North Brabant lies Kempen~Broek, a Border Park unique in its size for Flanders and the Netherlands. It stretches across the municipalities of Cranendonck, Weert, Bocholt, Bree, Kinrooi and Maaseik. The Kempen and Maasland Regional Landscape in northeastern Belgian Limburg consists of the boundless landscapes of the Hoge Kempen, the Maasvallei and the Kempen~Broek. You are welcome to the largest chunk of nature and forest area in Flanders. Thanks to our signposted network of over 20 hiking areas and the renowned cycle route network you can explore this unique region! In the immediate vicinity you will find a whole series of signposted walking routes through gems of nature reserves.
