Nature house in Maashees

MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS We offer year-round beautiful group accommodation with sports field in the woods of the village of Maashees (Municipality of Land van Cuijk, North Brabant). Pets + soccer players + even mouthy students from the Rampstad are heartily cute and welcome. The rental price of the accommodation is fixed, regardless of the size of the group. The actual variable costs such as gas, electricity, tourist tax, damages etc are listed on the website - The log cabin is equipped with underfloor heating and a wood stove for fun. No burning of firewood. Final cleaning is NOT included: do it yourself or outsource: starting rate €100 + €30/hour. Weekend rate and on Mon-Fri before 08:00 and after 18:00 is €100 + €60/h. * The €1000 deposit is charged separately in advance by bank and refunded after deduction of cleaning / damages / variable consumption.

More about our house: - We have about 10 folding beds and mattresses that can be distributed among the rooms as you see fit. These beds are NOT part of the rental, they are provided free of charge if you do not bring your own air bed. - Please bring your own mattress cover / pillow / comforter / towels - We have an extensive stainless steel kitchen with refrigerators, stove and microwave - Please bring your own kitchen utensils and eating utensils due to varying group sizes - The sanitary facilities consist of 4 showers and 4 toilets - You may pitch tents free of charge - THE SPACE IS MULTI FUNCTIONAL. You are free to decorate it as a breakfast room, dormitory, lounge area, casino or cinema, whatever you want. An example decorated in Christmas atmosphere by guests is shown in the pictures.
