This nature house is a large house within the gate of the Havezate and completely detached. This cottage is furnished with great style and offers a beautiful view of the Havezate and the surrounding gardens. Here you will experience dark nights where the owl calls. Explore the forest and the historic orchard with old apple varieties, or discover the wall with slate fruit.The house is equipped with modern comforts, sitting room with sitting area and dining area, a smart TV and a cozy wood stove. The garden doors create a nice transition to the outdoors and a large terrace. On the ground floor is a bedroom for two. The upper floor, reached by a fixed staircase, has three double bedrooms one is the master bedroom which is the largest. Upstairs is also the bathroom with toilet. Downstairs there are two toilets, one in the hall and one in the pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a nespresso machine, filter coffee, stove and refrigerators.
Nature and surroundings
The remarkable thing is, the estate is still complete. The estate first appears in the archives around 1431. For example, there is the old "sea dyke" that runs around the original estate. The surroundings are beautiful: with wonderful hiking and biking trails. Our neighbors, Natuurmonumenten's Colckhof estate, have wonderful hiking trails: www.natuurmonumenten.nl. The Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Vecht valley and the IJssel valley are among one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands. Visit the Hanseatic cities: Zwolle (12 km), Deventer (30 km) or Kampen (30 km). Or tourist towns Dalfsen (13 km) and Hattem (15 km). In Heino (6 km) you will find castle the Nijenhuis with museum the Fundatie. This nature house on the special estate Den Alerdinck offers a combination of nature and culture, Experience it!
