Attractive and historic thatched cottage in the rural Nordfyn countryside of Hans Christian Andersen. The house downstairs consists of kitchen, bathroom, dining area and lounge with smart TV . Upstairs are two bedrooms and viewing area. In the large garden, there is a picnic table, and fire pit for BBQ, and a childrens playhouse .
Nature and surroundings
Beyond the garden, there are attractive walks in the woods and to the nearby farmstead with Icelandic horses. Also close is Gyldensteen Nature Reserve with wild geese, duck and wader species. Also a chance to see sea eagles. 6km drive along the coastal road is the popular and attractive market town of Bogense, with its many boats, and sandy beach. Half an hour drive to the city of Odense.
