Fully modernized cottage for 6 people (max. 4 adults/2 children.) A nature house in the middle of the forest located on 3200 m2 of private land. On a quiet avenue, with optimum privacy. Layout: spacious hall, living room (approx. 30 m2) with flat screen TV, separate bright dining room/serre (12 m2) and beautiful, brand new (2025) garden room/veranda with sliding glass doors all around. Kitchen with 4-burner stove and built-in oven, extractor hood, fridge + freezer and microwave. Further on the ground floor: 1 bedroom (12 m2) with double Auping bed (160x200) and large closet. Then bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bathroom with sink and 2nd toilet. Behind the house a shed with 2 bicycles and 2 sun beds. Decking terrace with scaffolding-wood lounge set; 2 garden sets available, one of which is in the veranda.

The house is very suitable for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet (even in high season!). Ideal base for hikers and cyclists. There is plenty of room to play around the house for young children (and pets). The village of Zeegse is located in the middle of the National Park Drentsche Aa, a beautiful piece of unspoiled nature in northern Drenthe. The house is located 150 meters from the Zeegser Dunes, where you can walk beautifully. The heathland on the Balloerveld, the Gasteren Dunes and many other nature reserves are all within cycling distance. In the vicinity are several nice restaurants and a beautiful terrace right on the Drentsche Aa. For shopping you drive / cycle in 10 minutes to the cozy Zuidlaren, where you also find The Fairytale Court and an indoor swimming pool for the little ones. Nearby in the neighboring village of Annen is a large outdoor pool. For extra entertainment go to the cozy Groningen or Assen (both 15 minutes drive), with many stores, museums and cafes.
