Nature house in Vasse

A charming and comfortable cottage, a unique retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, suitable for 2–6 people. This nature cottage is located in Twente near Ootmarsum, within walking distance of the village of Vasse (about 10 minutes) and beautifully tucked away on the edge of the woods surrounding the Tutenberg. The vacation home is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The entire house is on one level, with underfloor heating and central heating. The living room features 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs. Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio, which is furnished with a patio set, cushions, and a parasol. There is a radio/CD player and a TV. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Senseo coffee maker, and regular coffee maker. There is also a fridge-freezer and an induction cooktop. The shower room and toilet are separate. There is a washing machine, a walk-in shower, and a vanity unit. When renting bed and bath linens, kitchen linens are included. From May through September, we rent the house by the full week.

Wake up to the sound of birdsong, spot roe deer and hares, and enjoy a truly peaceful spot in the Tutenberg Valley, surrounded by nature. The view over the meadows and a lovely spot to sit by the meadow’s edge will surprise you. The nature reserves “Dal van de Mosbeek” and “Het Springendal” are located in the immediate vicinity. There are many beautiful hiking and biking trails around Vasse and Ootmarsum; maps of the trails are available for you in the house. Bicycles are available for rent in the village of Vasse, and there is a lockable bike shed at the vacation home. The house is situated on a private 1.5-hectare wooded lot—an ideal (play) forest where children can run and play to their hearts’ content. There are swings, a sandbox, and a climbing rope. There is plenty of space right in front of the house to park 2 to 3 cars.
