Fine cottage with everything in it that you need.

Prima huisje met alles erin wat je nodig hebt.

Although on a busy road yet experienced peace and quiet. We could walk with the dog into the estate Groeneveld or the forest.

The cottage is good in a beautiful setting, but the noise especially in the sleeping area and the many rules unfortunately detract from the whole experience. Heating with rules ???? or not present in the bathroom ???? The kitchen utensils do fall short incomplete or missing. Response from landlord: How annoying that you have experienced the stay in our cottage from March 18 to 27 like this. The house rules are normally very appreciated by our guests. I do not recognize the heating with rules. There is floor heating, also in the bathroom and there are 2 separate electric radiators in the living room and bedroom. New for us is the incomplete, inadequate or missing kitchen utensils. We live next door to the cottage, and we would have been happy to serve you in this regard as well. Finally, the noise of the train/train tracks, for example; it is 1000 meters from the cottage.

Het huisje is goed in een mooie omgeving, maar het lawaai vooral in de slaapruimte en de vele regels
doen helaas afbreuk aan de gehele beleving. Verwarming met regels ???? of niet aanwezig in de badkamer ??? Het keukengerei schiet wel tekort incompleet of ontbrekend.

Wat vervelend dat jullie het verblijf in ons huisje van 18 tot 27 maart zo ervaren hebben. De huisregels worden door onze gasten normaliter erg op prijs gesteld. De verwarming mét regels herken ik niet. Er is vloerverwarming, ook in de badkamer en er zijn 2 aparte elektrische radiatoren in zit- en slaapkamer. Nieuw voor ons is het incomplete, tekortschietend of ontbrekende keukengerei. We wonen naast het huisje, en we hadden jullie ook wat dit betreft graag ten dienste gestaan. Als laatste het geluid van bijvoorbeeld de trein/de treinrails; deze ligt op 1000 meter van het huisje.

Prachtige omgeving, maar helaas zeer veel verkeerslawaai (trein, auto's en vliegtuiglawaai).

We were missing an extractor fan in the kitchen, this caused the fire alarm to go off.

We misten een afzuigkap in de keuken, hierdoor ging het brandalarm af.

Quietness takes a while, you have to get used to the busy through road first, especially in the bedroom. In the living room you hear nothing except birds. But once you get used to that, it's super. You walk from the cottage so the park Groeneveld or the woods at Hoeve Ravenstein. Especially wonderful with your dog, because he is allowed to run loose, if under guard.

De rust laat even op zich wachten, je moet eerst even wennen aan de drukke doorgaande weg, vooral in de slaapkamer. In de huiskamer hoor je niets, behalve vogels. Maar als je daar eenmaal aan gewend bent is het super.
Je loopt vanuit het huisje zo het park Groeneveld in of de bossen bij Hoeve Ravenstein. Vooral heerlijk met je hond, want hij mag los lopen, mits onder appel.
