Apartment 2 is c. 110 m2 and has a spacious living area with flat screen television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. A second bedroom and toilet are located upstairs. Downstairs everything is wheelchair accessible. The apartment has a covered terrace, a sun terrace and a spacious lawn with borders. You overlook a meadow where sheep or cows regularly walk around a wooded area. Hoeve aan de Zuurlanderes is located in rural Oldendiever, the oldest part of Diever. Completely outside and yet you walk in ten minutes to the brink with stores, restaurants and other amenities that beautiful Diever has to offer. Our farm is located on the Drenthepad and is an ideal starting point for walks or cycling tours in the nearby national parks (Drents-Friese Wold, Holtingerveld and Dwingelderveld).
