In the quiet, green outskirts of Twenterand, Overijssel, is our detached rural Twente house, of which we rent out a part. This part is all for yourself and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, combi-oven, toaster. The nature house has a sitting room with TV and DVD player, spacious bedroom with adjacent spacious bathroom, terrace, entire front garden and garden house at your disposal. In the garden house you can park your bike(s) and if necessary recharge them. Optionally you can book our breakfast service. On request a folding bed can be placed in the bedroom for a child. This costs 5 euros extra. If you request and pay in advance, the bed will be ready made. Adding a cot (camp bed) costs nothing. Molton and fitted sheet for this is available, blanket etc. bring your own. High chair on request also available.
Nature and surroundings
In the village (within cycling distance) are many stores, various eateries, outdoor swimming pool, train station, theater Het Punt. -The beautiful village of Den Ham is 5 km away. Between Den Ham and Ommen is a wooded area with hiking and biking trails. Here you will find, among other things, Estate (castle) Eerde, a vast shifting sand area called the Sahara, Forest Theatre Ommen and the Steep Bank. The latter is part of the catchment area of the Regge, also here opportunity for walking and cycling and also canoe trips. -At 15 km distance lies the historic town of Ommen, with its cozy cafes and restaurants. Ommen is located on the Vecht, so it is recommended to rent a boat / canoe. -At 10 km distance lies the nature reserve De Engbertsdijksvenen. -At 15 km away is the city of Hardenberg, also located on the Vecht. -At 15 km lies the Lemelerberg, a beautiful nature reserve. -At 16 km away lies the Holterberg -At 17 km away The pond gardens of Ada Hofman
